Yoga with Beverly Burt - Yoga is a Way Of Being. A way of making a difference in your life and others! It is believed that practicing Yoga on a regular basis, two to three times a week, relieves stress and anxiety. Stress is the number one cause of disease and illness. We live in a stressful world, with so many responsibilities and so many choices. By practicing yoga our outlook on life changes. We become calmer and less reactive to stress.
