Integrated Yoga for Positive Health - In this series we will be introduced to the five sheaths, or koshas; the five layers of existence within the body. The Yoga practices learned will help to bring about balance and harmonize the disturbances at each of the five layers. Positive physical health in the form of improved muscle strength, stamina, dexterity and immune stability has been achieved after the Integrated Approach of Yoga for Positive Physical Health.
Gentle Flow - A Gentle Flow Yoga Class designed for Beginners and Beyond! Class includes gentle asana, standing poses, seated flow and final relaxation. Cardiovascular condition, muscular strength and flexibility will all be improved with regular practice. Gentle Flow is a nice way to end your day!. 1 Hour

This Gentle Restorative Class is the perfect way to end your week....90 Minutes of Relaxation and Rejuvenation. The postures are supported with props and tend to be very calming and soothing for the entire being ~ body , mind and spirit!
Senior Yoga - Basic Hatha Yoga slowed down and simplified for individuals who are more concerned with movement, flexibility, and relaxation This class will be tailored to those challenged with joint limitations and poor strength from lack of exercise. Included will be warm-ups, simple postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation. Though perfect for seniors, anyone can join us. We will all leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. 1 Hour
Yin-Yang Yoga - Yin/Yang explores the opposites of yoga, balancing a softer Yang flow with a quieter Yin practice. The more active Yang warms and stretches the muscles; combining standing, balance and floor poses, along with a bit of core work. Yin is a cooling practice that promotes elasticity in the connective tissues and strength in the bones, while following Chinese lines of thought on maintaining the health of the body’s meridians. This is a quieter, more meditative practice; making it perfect to balance out our active “Yang” lifestyles and practices. 1 Hour 30 min
Yoga for Arthritis - The Pawanmuktasana Series is a powerful (yet Gentle) group of movements that aim to release deep seated tensions in the body!
These movements target the joints and the limbs, areas where blockages tend to accumulate. Muscles become more relaxed and tensions will ease up with regular practice. This leads to better blood flow and circulation within the body and the mind. The result is a marked increased Vitality!
Yoga for Digestion - This group of asanas is concerned specifically with strengthening the Digestive System. This class is excellent for those suffering from indegestion, constipation, acid reflux, excess gas or wind, lack of appetitie, diabeties, disorders of male or female reproductive systems and those suffering from varicose veins.
