Hot Yoga NEW -The studio is heated to up to 85 degrees! Heat helps the muscle bellies to stretch, allowing the body to relax in deeper stretches. This is a great class for retraining previous muscular injuries (w/permission from a physician), promoting weight loss, and increasing muscle tone and flexibility. The class consists of one hour of an active asana sequence, followed by twenty minutes of yin yoga--deep, passive stretches for stretching the connective tissues, the meridians that prana/chi/life energy passes through. 1 Hour 30 Min

IRON YOGA - (Ages 18 & above ) Fusion Fitness Yoga.  This class fuses traditional yoga postures with light hand-held weights.  Tone your muscles and work up a great sweat!  Beginners Welcome! 1 Hour

Pilates - A concise system of movements developed by Joseph Pilates nearly a decade ago. This system of exercises not only strengthens and lengthens all of the muscles, but also trains the body through the mind to optimize efficiency of all movement! The focus of all exercises and movements revolves around the Power House, your deepest group of abdominal muscles. The series of movements are combined in a dynamic flow moving smoothly between exercises - a great challenge for the mind and the body! 1 Hour classes are offered by appointment in Private or Semi-Private sessions. Senior YogaNEW - Basic Hatha Yoga slowed down and simplified for individuals who are more concerned with movement, flexibility, and relaxation will provide the core of this class.  It will be tailored to those challenged with joint limitations and poor strength from lack of exercise.  Included will be warm-ups, simple postures, breath exercises, and relaxation poses.  Though perfect for seniors, anyone can join us.  We’ll all leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. 1 Hour

Sunday Sadhana (Practice) - A complete practice incorporating pranayama (breath), vinyasa (dynamic movement), and a progressive set of asanas (postures). Deep passive stretches, meditation and relaxation conclude the class. This class is designed for yoga teacher training students as well as students who wish to make the transition in their practice to an intermediate/advanced level. Each class incorporates 1Hr-Technique, .5 Hr-Teaching Methodology, .5 Hr-Philosophy, .5 Hr-Anatomy. 2 Hours & 15 Min

Yin Yoga NEW -Yin Yoga is a gentle practice of relaxed poses on the floor for 3 to 5 minutes at a time.  The Yin practice emphasizes the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Where many exercises and lifestyles provoke heat and warmth in the muscles, Yin yoga is a cooling practice that promotes elasticity in the connective tissues and strength in the bones. In the Eastern Traditions, the belief is that Chi moves like a current through the connective tissues or the meridians. Yin Yoga is an excellent compliment to active "Yang" lifestyles or practices. A fine practice for pregnant women in their 1st and 3rd trimester. Due to over elasticity in the ligaments, we do not recommend this practice during the 2nd trimester. 1 Hour
