Text Box: CLOSED SESSION CLASSES and WORKSHOPS Closed-Session classes are offered only for a limited time. You must purchase the entire session, even if you are unable to attend all of the classes offered in the session. Contact the Instructor directly for pro-rated options once the session has begun. Closed Session rates vary from class to class. Please see the CLASSES page for the class description and the rate for the entire session. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Workshops and Closed-Session Classes: Closed-Session classes and Workshops have a minimum registration of 6 in order to start the session. If the minimum is not met, the fee will be refunded in full. Once the session or workshop has begun, no refunds will be issued. However, if cancellation is necessary, credit towards another class or service may be issued at the discretion of Kai Yoga Arts and/or the instructor. Discounts applied in the studio only with Valid ID. KIDS’ YOGA Membership Card: Kids’ Yoga Classes……….$30/Month (Sept thru May) 8 Belly Dance Classes………………….. $65 16 Belly Dance Classes………………..$120 Belly Dance Cards expire after 30 days. Card may not be used toward yoga classes. Cancellation and Refund Policy on Membership Cards: Membership cards expire 3 months from the date of purchase unless specified otherwise as a Special Card (some Specials expire in 30-60 days) or Unlimited Class Pass (Expires one year from date of purchase). Membership Card classes are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE to other students. Membership EXTENSIONS are issued due to illness or injury. If the illness or injury lasts more than one month, KAI YOGA ARTS can place a FREEZE on the membership and allow it to DEFROST a small fee. EXTENSIONS and FREEZES are issued at the discretion of KAI YOGA ARTS. An injured student can FREEZE a membership up to one year from the date of purchase at a fee of $10, plus $1 for each class remaining on the card.
